I have stepped up my usage of raw foods and I am experiencing the

following effects: increased physical and mental stamina along with

a feeling of friskiness and confidence that comes naturally when you

are young and healthy. This has really encouraged me to continue and

continue adding more raw foods into my diet.

I was at Vegfest today and picked up a reprint from New Woman

Magazine which is an article condensed from the book Build Powerful

Nerve Force by Patricia & Paull C. Bragg. It lists the five danger

signals of nerve exhaustion:

1. Do you tend to accept, without protest, whatever life offers?

2. Are you inclined to let others do your thinking for you?

3. Do you secretly doubt your own ability to do things....and also

doubt the sincerity of those who want to help you?

4. Are you overcautious?

5. Are you a chronic worrier?

" When your nerve cells are full of stored nerve energy, the nerve

pressure is at its greatest height. You are then fully alive with

physical and mental energy. No task seems too great, no strain too

severe. You crave a means of 'letting off steam'. You crave

challenges.

" It is then that you become a human dynamo. You have double the

energy and vitality of the average person, and you never know what it

is to be fatigued. You have so much Nerve Force in your reservoir

that you are absolutely tireless. Nerve Force works miracles for you! "

The whole article was very inspirtation and motivating to take charge

of your health. Eating raw foods will definitely build nerve force

and increase quality and quantity of life.
