Hi, N. I only like broccoli stems but not the flower part. A cup of chopped

broccoli has a little less than 2/3 of the calcium in a cup of valencia

sections. I love those natura valencias and I can't stopping munching them.

They are so easy to peel. I am on my third box now.

I, too, am on my third case. They're awesome! I've been having 5-6

every day for breakfast.
