Guest guest
I can't remember where I read this but I thought it was a cool idea. As a substitute for salt, take celery and dehydrate it well, then put it in a food processor until it becomes a powder/granular form. I have not tried it yet, so I don't know about storage or how " potent " it is. But it could be a great alternative to salt and sea salt, as it should be truly absorbable by the body as an actual nutrient rather than just a spice for flavoring.
