I eat 80-90% high water content fruit augmented with leafy greens and few nuts, primarily almonds, macadamia, sesame seeds. This message is from a mother of a 5 year old & 4 month old - both are on the same program. The longer you eat raw, while trying to listen to your body's needs, the more in tune you will get with it. It is kind of an adventure I think, and a challenge. I like that.
