Guest guest
I'm sorry but I am confused about this? Is this statement saying that " fasting " can " cause irreversible damage " or the indulging in " the same old toxic stuff " can cause the irreversible damage? I've not read a lot about fasting and I just got Shelton's book " Fasting Can Save Your Life " but haven't had a chance to read it yet. For some reason this statement is not hitting home with me. Is fasting safe & good or dangerous.....can you please help me out here? Thank you very much, Breezi < i am glad you brought up this example ... even viktoria was telling similar sad stories ... the law of vital adjustment is a very serious issue ... a 23-day fast has an extraordinary effect on the body ... exposing it to the same old toxic stuff in a relatively short time, may cause an irreversible damage, even death in extreme cases ... and raw food does not " heal " >

Is this > statement saying that > " fasting " can " cause irreversible damage " fasting properly never ever causes any damage whatsoever, it is a complete break from any and every physical and dietetic activities, it is a perfect rest for all the necessary cleansing, detoxifying processes, while the only intake is pure, distilled water, whereby the body re- balances itself, heals where needed, rejuvenates, the longer the fast, the cleaner the body ... certain factors need to be known before anybody starts a fast, dr fuhrman's book about the whole physiology of fasting is still the only one available, shelton's books, bragg's book about the miracle of fasting ... the life science course ... all have all the necessary details you need to know about the subject and get comfortable about the safeness and and other values of it ... or the > indulging in " the same old > toxic stuff " can cause the irreversible damage? remember one important thing ... in order to have you still alive today at ....what age? - it doesn't matter... a long time... in order to keep you alive and happy, the body had to perform a whole bunch of " protective " activities, like buffing away the toxins, creating a protective mucous dam against serious poisonings, the list is endless... anyways... during fasting, all these activities are slowly elimina- ted, or weakend as almost unnecessary, because of a gradual getting of a new clean body ... now if shortly after the fast one returns to the old diet, ie. mostly cooked, ie. toxic matter... the body does not have enough time to slowly readjust to that old ways of handling the toxins, which could create all kinds of havoc in the system ... in a very few cases being fatal, too... people, who recuperated from serious life threatening diseases, and returning back to the same diet, became fatal ... I've > not read a lot about > fasting and I just got Shelton's book " Fasting Can > Save Your Life " but > haven't had a chance to read it yet. learn as much as you can about it ... it is the most valuable tool in your hand... yes, fasting can save lives ... fasting is absolute- ly nevessary in these modern times with so much dirt around us ...in the air, water, food, even raw-organic food ... use it properly, wisely, confidently ... my whole family fasts whenever the time is up ... i just stabbed my hand with a knife two weeks ago ... i did not run to the doctor ... i knew, my body can take care of it ... for two days, i did not even feel three fingers ... i fasted six days... and all ended well ... i've got my hand back fully ... no painkillers, no tetanus, no antibiotics was needed ... six years ago i did my first 22-day fast, many 7 to 10 day fasts after that ... every time a fast, i feel like never wanting to break it, it just feels like nothing else, it is the only time i think i experience genuine, earthly, conmplete physical and spiritual happiness ... i think it could be addictive...)))~~~~~~~ if still not clear, just keep asking ... > > Tax Center - forms, calculators, tips, more http://taxes./
