This Saturday could be the largest potluck ever, with possibly 15+

graduates from Victoria's Valentine weekend classes attending. RSVP's

not necessary. I would love to see the Raw Seattle community come

together this Saturday and roll out the 'red carpet'. All three

floors of my house can be used. Here's my proposed agenda:

3:00'ish-- hike to Lincoln Park (weather permitting)

5:00- 9:00 potluck

5:30 - Begin eating - Please label your food w/ingredients AND

your name! (The most FAQ is, " Who made this? I want to ask them about

it. "

6:30 or 7:00 Announcements

7:30 - 9:00 Conversation, music, more eating..... whee!

Ongoing-- Heart Math on the top floor. This is a computerized

biofeedback system that lets you know how much you are in your heart:

feeling joy and love. Fascinating!

Ongoing-- Videos of Victoria Boutenko or Loren Lockman-- in the

basement.

We will expand food tables into the sun room.

Volunteers and contributions requested:

1) Does anybody have folding table(s) we can place food on?

2) Volunteer(s) to be available in the basement area to answer

questions, etc. for those new to raw foods-- kinda like a " First Step

meeting " , if you are familiar with 12-step programs.

3) Volunteer(s) willing to demo food prep

Volunteers to bring:

1) A supply of plates, plastic ware, and cups (for soupy things), for

those who forget to bring their own. (My eight plates won't go far.)

Please do NOT bring paper, as I only have one gargabe can. Please

bring the plastic re-washable plates, or your own dinner plates.

2) A case of young coconut. Please bring your own coconut knife.

(Again, be willing to take the empty coconut shells home with you.

Sorry...no space.)

3) Multiple Durians for folks to experience.

4) Raw Lasagna(s)

5) A large welcome cake, cookies, pies, raw fudge

6) Crackers and cheese

7) Thai Salad (my personal request:-)

8) various salad dressings/soups

9) nut milks

10) salads of all kinds

Did I miss anything? You've got the idea. Let's celebrate!

Please reply to this list with your contribution...so we can all

salivate. :-) Anticipation is wonderful....

Everybody-- please remember to bring your plates, cups, and eating

utensils. I never ask for money to attend these events (to buy

supplies) because it just isn't necessary. Our raw family always

comes through!

See you Saturday ===>

peace and blessings, Linda
