Guest guest
I feel like shit, literally, figuratively, imaginatively, and any other -ly way. Have a head ache all friggin day, sore throat, weakness, runny nose. But day 3 100% raw is over!! Inside, I am happy, but it ain't gonna show for a while. But on the bright side day 3 of 100% Raw has been completed, and as an added bonus I've lost 20 pounds! Later Monte

Guest guest
What would you say to someone who has fibromyalgia and has trouble digesting foods to begin with? That would be me and I've started with raw foods, but haven't done it 100%. I have heard from a few people who have healed their fibromyalgia on raw food. Wishing you wellness! Cindy >
Guest guest
Hi, I am also coming from a place of difficult digestion due to candida overgrowth and two things that have helped me are keeping my meals simple and also doing the blended food. That is mentioned in Fred's book so it's been working for me. Hope it helps. Lee Crawford
