She used tapioca every day and never had a problem. Wow! This seems odd. Isn't tapioca usually made with milk, eggs, and sugar? (Which definitely would be alkalizing.) Or did she have some other method of preparing it? Annette
Guest guest
I'm not sure how she prepared it, probably with some soymilk. Maybe a dash of maple syrup. I certainly wouldn't recommend dairy and eggs. In an effort to maximize benefit (and reduce cooked ingredients), perhaps a person could soak the tapioca and blend in some nutmilk and dates. I suspect the tapioca has already been heated when we we purchase it in a store. Jeff >Wow! This seems odd. Isn't tapioca usually made with milk, eggs, and >sugar?
