Raw Food Chef needed!

Hello,

 

Beginning in April or May, I will be starting a living juice bar in

the University District that will also be providing a small vegan and

raw foods menu. I am looking for someone to work with in designing a

revolving menu, and to achieve the daily preparation of this menu.

At this point, my thought is to have you come in and prep for the day

in the morning for 3-4 hours, 4-6 days per week -- but we will see

how the position evolves.

 

As far as experience goes, I am open to any and am simply looking for

the right fit: a motivated, creative and detail-oriented individual

with a passion for creating living food!

 

I am also looking for a counter-person (preferrably with barrista

experience) to make the juice and espresso with me during the busy

hours -- probably around 20 hours a week.

Do you also do orders out or selling prepared foods at this time?
