foraging is a good thing and a prayerful affirmation

Thanks for your responses to my forageing post! It looks like there

is a lot of interest in foraging and so if the opportunity arises, I

will make it a priority to set up a guided expedition which everyone

will be welcome to attend, and I hope that everyone else will also

keep their ears and eyes open for a guide who would be willing to

lead. Foraging is a skill we should all have, and the PNW is a

great place to do it. Here is nice loving kindness prayer to start

attend to what clouds the open heart; May I be awake in whatever is
