Suggestion re foraging for wild foods

It may be worth your while to contact John Kallas of Wild Food

Adventures in Portland and asking him whether he knows of anyone in

the Seattle area. Dr. Kallas has been at the Raw Foods Festival in

Portland for at least the last two years, and teaches classes in the

Portland/Southwest Washington area year-round. He is very

knowledgable and just may have a collegue who could do classes for

you.

Thanks, Annette, that is a very good suggestion! I will contact Mr. Kallas

next week when I have more time, and update the list if/when anything

develops. Thanks so much!
