Guest guest
It may be worth your while to contact John Kallas of Wild Food Adventures in Portland and asking him whether he knows of anyone in the Seattle area. Dr. Kallas has been at the Raw Foods Festival in Portland for at least the last two years, and teaches classes in the Portland/Southwest Washington area year-round. He is very knowledgable and just may have a collegue who could do classes for you. The web site address is http://www.wildfoodadventures.com Annette
Guest guest
Thanks, Annette, that is a very good suggestion! I will contact Mr. Kallas next week when I have more time, and update the list if/when anything develops. Thanks so much!
