Guest guest
Monte, Socorro is right. As we say on RawSeattle.org, bringing plain greens or plain fruit is perfectly good. I've done that several times, and everyone's fine with it. Heck, even not bringing ANYTHING is quite alright. I've done that too, and I never " got in trouble " for it. There's always plenty of food for all of us, and there's always leftovers. So I think you get the message now: no need to be fancy, " cool " , or unusual, or even bring food. Come to Linda's potluck, bring your bowl of greens and I'll help you make a dressing for it.

Guest guest
So how about those potlucks anyway! Can we get a few more volunteers this month to host a potluck? Thanks Steve for your potluck this weekend. Ya know, Monte..... Hosting a potluck is a GREAT way to jump in.... Simply go to rawseattle.org and at the bottom of the page to fill in the online form.... and it will appear on the website. :-) Anybody else between 1/11 and 1/25? (Or after 1/25 for that matter?) I heard several people say how much they loved all the December potlucks. I'm going to try like heck to make Steve's potluck. My daughter Ali is hosting her own potluck 18th birthday party which starts at 7:30pm. I will be busy with her in preparation. Wheeee!! This is a big deal. BTW. If anybody needs a venue to host a potluck, contact me privately about using my home for your potluck. Peace and light-- Linda
