Guest guest
Sounds like it's time for some beginner raw food prep classes! While the Boutenko's (http://www.rawfamily.com/ ) have taken care of this in the past, I've not hear of upcoming classes. We as a group could put on a class (or more) for the newer rawbies (or anyone for that matter.) A few of us could offer a demo of a different food, preferably simple to make and tasty, that will help keep people raw! My " plate " is a bit full, so wouldn't take on the task of making arrangements, but would be happy to help out and offer a demo. I think it would be best to have a space like the Cascade center and have a number of different foods demo'd. It will be a good education ad experience for both student (we're all students, anyway) and facilitator. How about some other feedback. Anyone interested in making arrangements? Like other classes, we could charge a fee to cover food, so all could sample the wonderful foods. We would also need additional kitchen helpers. Guest guest
I think your idea sounds like fun, Jeff. With enough notice, and as long as it's not on a Thursday, I would look forward to joining in the fun -- either doing a demo or just coming as a participant. I'm great kitchen help! And maybe I could get Paula to ride along with me...... Annette
