Guest guest
I will do so gladly, once again. The latest pineapple I got has many many seeds! I don't believe I've ever seen such a thing before in my whole life! I always wondered where the seeds were in pineapple. I mean, it's a fruit, right?, so it's gotta have 'em, but I'd never seen 'em...UNTIL NOW THAT IS! :-) You can see them too, because I'll bring it to the potluck at my mom's on Sunday. See you there! Please do come so YOU can see IT (the pineapple)/THEM (its seeds) there too! No, this isn't a ploy to amp up potluck attendance, and I didn't plant the seeds (no pun intended)--THESE ARE ABSOLUTELY REAL PINEAPPLE SEEDS!!! [Man, we raw foodists get excited about the weirdest stuff. :-)] RawSeattle , " Nick Hein " <nick.hein@a...> wrote: > Now who wants to talk about food? > Nick
Guest guest
How indeed fortunate you are to have found such a pineapple! A rarity in the United States, I fear, where hybridization rules. While in Bali, we had the opportunity to often see pineapples with seeds. The seeds in bananas were quite large as well. (Comparable to the seeds of a papaya.) Annette
