v Daily classes in Vinyasa yoga, Kundalini yoga, Meditation, and Pranayama;

v Study of the basic concepts of the Raw\Living \LifeFood Live-it (not Die-it!) including daily classes in Food Preparation !!

 

v Study and practice of the 5 Tibetan Rites of Rejuvenation;

v Blindfolded Shamanic Trancedance with Parashakti Sigalit Bat-Haim (www.shaktispirits.com);

v Two boating excursions to see dolphins and explore the Gandoca Lagoon;

v Guided hike in Gandoca-Manzanillo Wildlife Refuge;

v Unlimited use of Kayaks as well as snorkeling, scubadiving, hiking, sailing, and swimming;

 

v Individualized Nutritional Consultations, Swedish, Deep Tissue, Thai Massage, Chiropractic and Sat Nam Rasayan Healing sessions available by appointment and charged separately and
