Guest guest
First of all, isn't it Central Market where the Sapote is? I've eaten a black Sapote in Florida and it was like pudding, but rather bland. The pale green Sapote is apple shaped with a small pit in the center. Wait until it is very soft to eat it. It is like soft, very sweet tropical pudding. Is anybody willing to front the money and pick up a case to share? Depending on how many people go in on a case, depends on the cost. How much IS a case, anyway Niz? I'm thinking they won't be around very long-- we should jump on the opportunity. I'll keep my eyes on the list....... for interest.... :-) Linda _______________ Help STOP SPAM with the new MSN 8 and get 2 months FREE* http://join.msn.com/?page=features/junkmail
Guest guest
Linda, Are you drooling for sapotes? They are yummy. There is a suble taste to the sweet flavor. I've called CM and found out that a box of sapote costs 34.95. I was told it was about 8-10 pounds. The guy was not sure since they didn't have a box in store right now. They can try to order tomorrow. I'd be willing to front the money but you'd have to come over to pick up the sapotes. Helen > > Is anybody willing to front the money and pick up a case to share?
