Appartment for rent

Hello to all from your derelict webmaster! :-) So sorry I have been

negligent in my duties of updating our web site and responding to e-

mails. I'm sure Nicole can and will outperform me. :-)

 

Yes, I will be moving to the San Diego area around the middle of

October, possibly as late as the end of October. I'll be living with

our good friend Jonathan Marcus and another raw foodist friend of his

named Jera Jones. This means I need to rent out my basement studio

appartment.

 

COSTS: I'm asking $650 for rent, negotiable for the right person(s).

Utilities are about an additional $50/month on average, which

includes cable internet access at $15/month. It's quite possible

that this cable internet portion may go down in price though. You

can also choose not to take advantage of the internet service and

cost.

 

THE SPACE: The apartment has its own entrance and its own kitchen

with a garbage disposal, but without any electronic cooking devices

(currently). Shared with the tenants upstairs are the laundry room

with washer and dryer, fenced backyard, off-street parking, and

spacious storage areas.

 

I would very much prefer to rent the place to a raw foodist.
