Greetings, Bob, Greg, anniochmister,--

Isn't it interesting that, as natural Hygienists we tend to look only for ... & see ... only food solutions to problems like cramps.

That was my approach from '80, when first discovering NH, to '97, when discovering that our bodies, our food, etc. are all energy & energy fields, governed by quantum physics in addition to the Newtonian-based chemistry/mass physics I'd been trained in for the previous several decades.

Looking for foods to cure me was probably an extension of the therapy mindset I'd picked up in 20 years of formal "education" & then in dental practice. The discovery that we're all energy & energy fields has opened up lots of different possibilities ... like the concept that we have more control than we realize over the energy environment of our bodies. In addition to the beneficial sandwich we're living in (magnetic energy from Mother Earth & far-infrared energy from Papa Sol) we're also bathed in all sorts of unhealthful alternating currents, EMF, etc..

So what?

Well, much to my amazement ... and in direct contradiction of my BS (Belief Systems) in '97, I found that my leg cramps that would intermittently defy any elimination by stretching & other contortions (despite seven years of living Natural Hygiene/Instinctive Nutrition lifestyle to the best of my ability ... no cooked food, no fluid intake but distilled water, etc.) were relieved within 2-5 minutes by rolling magnetic massage balls over the cramped muscle. Then I got to experience the coincidence of the leg cramps nearly completely disappearing after wearing magnetic insoles & sleeping on a magnetic mattress beneath a far-infrared ceramic comforter for a few months. Now, after drinking only PiMag Living Water for several months, I no longer experience muscle cramps at all. All that with no changes in food intake.

Conclusion: we have a bit more control over our energy environment than I formerly believed. Apparently the Sleep System acts as an "energy cocoon" to provide 8 hers or so per nite of isolation from the harmful electromagnetic waves of our modern energy environment & the MagSteps (the insoles) provide energy like the earth's magnetic fields that our cells need to function optimally & the Living Water further optimizes the function of very cell in our body.

Those conclusions are the result of my study of disease, etc. since '62, of health since '72, of NH since '80 & of wellness energy technologies since '97. And of course, my conclusions should be totally ignored because since about '99 Lou & I have been in the business of helping friends create small business units internationally to bring these energy technologies, thru a Global organization called Nikken, to anyone willing to take responsibility for his/her health & life. Every time someone I recommend buys any of this technology, Lou & I get a check form Mother Nikken, so our recommendations are all invalid due to the financial warp that influences our thinking ... at least according to apparent NH mindset. ;-)

The similarities ofsymptoms of muscle cramping sound very similiar to the initial symptomsof grasstetany, ie muscle twitches and spasm. The foods Don described are high in potassium and low in magnesium +calcium, for example one small-medium cantaloupe has a whopping 1,700 mgs ofpotassium, whilst only 60 mgs of magsium and 60 mgs of calcium, very imbalanced. Inmyexperience it doesn't take too many melons (actually even eating just onemelon)for my muscles to significantly cramp up, often experiencing an audiblegrinding sensation in my neck when moving it, to me this clearlyindicates amineral imbalance. I've observed this same effect repeatedly throughoutmy 15years of raw vegan diet having experimented with untold fruits andveggies aloneand in combination, the same effect occures each time that I eat highpotassiumdiet relative to magnesium and calcium. Also the alkaline/acid balanceseems tobe related to this too, if my body becomes too alkaline again my musclescrampup and interestingly the same thing happens if my body becomes too acidicaswell.Regards,Greg Woolley-- rawlife - http://www.rawtimes.com/rawlife.html______________GET INTERNET ACCESS FROM JUNO!Juno offers FREE or PREMIUM Internet access for less!Join Juno today!
