Greetings Attila, I have a mind opening/boggling book photocopied by NFF and written by David Jubb. He's a micro-biologist and has performed countless experiments/research on the effects of foods on a molecular level. He writes extensively, sometimes cryptically, about how both cooked and raw foods affect a person on a cellular level. There seems to be a few people that are interested in more raw education but it would be helpful if we could all have more specific information on who Dr. Jubb is and what he is offering in a lecture, seminar series and how much the course is? Can you provide this info for the community or who else can? Attila, I say I'm totally interested in seeing and hearing David Jubb at Seattle Center, Fidalgo Room @ the NW Rooms on September 24th, 7-10 pm for $25. As far as the Carnation venue, can't make it.
