Yes, the Loren Lockman video is excellent. We have watched it a couple of

times at my potlucks. I have one video left for sale at $25. Contact me

directly if interested. I also have David Wolfe's book, " the Sunfood Diet

Success System " , which I HIGHLY recommend for newbies. That's why I carry it

for re-sale. It is comprehensive and makes sense. I also have his newest

book, " Eating for Beauty " .

 

Has anybody here read David's new book and can give a book report?

Hello there...chuck here up in B'ham. I think the greatest inspirational

source of information of raw foods that really solidified the notion for me

is what the raw fooders have come to call " The Loren Lockman Video " . See if

you can obtain a copy of that from one of the raw fooders in

seattle...chuck...
