Norm's & TOH Vancouver

As it turns out, I will be heading up to Vancouver on Friday to help

out at the Taste of Health, so won't be driving up on Saturday. I

will be there for the event, then will head to Norm's after. For

those heading up for the event on Saturday, I think leaving Seattle

around 6:00 AM, then meeting at Norm's at about 7:30 Should get

people to the event on time.

 

All the speakers should be terrific. The only one I haven't heard is

Jane Thornthwaite. Be sure to bring your questions. Any questions

about raw foods should help plant seeds in people's minds.

 

Loren will be speaking at 11:30.

 

If anyone needs a ride and would like to go Friday afternoon, let me

know. Sara will need a ride from the Seattle ferry dock if she is

planning to go.

 

If anyone is interested in volunteering for the event it may be

possible to find some housing for you on Friday, we would have to

check. If interested, contact Karl Losken: losken. Karl

just fractured his ankle today (I can relate), so can probably use

some extra help at the event!

 

If anyone is familiar what raw foods, etc. can cross the border (I

have no idea what the restrictions may be) please post to the list.

Also, if you know of some good markets up there for raw organic

foods, etc. I'd like to know about them.
