Howard Lyman will appear on Politically Incorrect Channel 4 (ABC, KOMO)! Set your VCR. This should be an interesting show! Howard Lyman is the author of " The Mad Cowboy " and former president of EarthSave International. He is probably best known for being sued, with Oprah Winfrey, by some Texan Cattlemen. Lyman himself was a forth generation cattle rancher who now advocates a plant-based diet. Howard was actually on a raw diet for some time (3 months?).
