We will have a scrumptious vegan dinner prepared by Vashon and Seattle chefs. Meat Out 2002 revolves around the simple idea that people kick the meat habit that day and explore a more wholesome, less violent diet. The Center for Vegan Organic Education (CVOE) was founded on the principle that food and flowers can be grown in a compassionate, sustainable, and healthy way without harming the earth or animals.

CVOE provides many learning opportunities including garden consultations, workshops, internships, vegan organic garden tours, a newsletter, and our website (www.veganorganiced.org/). CVOE’s goal is to help create a more compassionate, saner world through vegan organic gardening.
