Guest guest
well im feeling remarkably better. my voice is almost back to normal. still have slight sore throat and ear a teeny tender. funky eye weepys still in my left eye when i sleep at nite about one coughing fit per day i aint fasted but i surely havent eaten a lot. about 2 small bowls of rice with raw garlic, cayenne and sea salt and 1 bowl of oatmeal per day. if you know how much i usually eat, this is very minimal. herbal teas and lemon juice in water ive been sleeping a lot and feeling very peaceful in my room, in bed, with my kitty. when i cant sleep anymore, i do a little online sharing and then go back to bed or take ahot shower. i read the posting about tongue coloring. i think mine fits the pale category. its palish but with this one spot, sort of oval shaped, that is like the normal coloring. ive seen it before, maybe when ive felt sensitive health-wise. but its a new symptom. what the heck? anyone? with the pale color, should i be drinking the juices for those symptoms? seems like if im not better by sunday , i should goto the naturopath. two weeks is a long time to be sick. i havent been home for two weeks...went back to work earlier this week. probably a mistake. im so close to being 100%, i feel guilty calling in to work. on the other hand, im afraid ill tip backwards if i go. and being that i still have these symptoms, i feel like i still have special needs, so to speak. id like to go back tomorrow. it will be low key and then i have a restful weekend planned, just going out once cuz im so friggin stir crazy. thanks for all your help. amy ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~Peace of Time Home & Office Organization / Home & Pet SittingComplimentary 1-hour consultation!(206) 285-8058
