i need appliances

i am ready to make some purchases for food appliances, so that i can better prepare certain raw foods. if anyone is wanting to get rid of some of their old stuff, give me a buzz as i may want them.

specifically: manual wheatgrass juicer, electric juicer, very powerful blender, excalibur dehydrator, manual citrus juicer, saladaccho processor, 5-7 cup food processor.

champion doesn't juice soft vegs well enough for me. and if i were going to splurge on a green power, i would have done it by now. i was wondering about getting a juiceman or omega juicer. i want to juice mainly apples, celery, melons, tropical fruits, and sometimes kale, spinach, and other soft green vegs. i don't think i will juice soft vegs very often, and a manual wheatgrass juicer could take care of that. but i need something that will juice both apples and celery, as i plan to juice them together often. light and compact would be nice also for traveling.

if anyone has an opinion on quality juicers, other than the champion or green power, it would be great to get that. this is a major purchase for me.

thank you,

joe williamson

hi paula,

at this time, there is a room for rent where i live. i am 80% raw and 100% vegan. i met you at nora's first potluck, and again at the thanksgiving potluck. my other two roommates are neither, but health conscious. rent for a regular room is $445 plus utilities. there is also a small room in the basement that may be available for much less. just letting you know of an option. i wish you luck on finding a place for less than that. i couldn't.
