bottled salad dressings

This came from Doctor Doug Graham. Thought you all might be interested in

your bottled dressings. Gives a whole new outlook on things you'd never

think of............Shari

Start weaning yourself and family off of bottled dressings by diluting them.

Blend in tomato, or cucumber, or celery or all three. Blend in bell

peppers, or oranges or something, Kelli, to put life into the darn things.

OR make a real whole food dressing and add a teaspoon of your bottled death,

eventually using less and less.

Let me tell you part of the story of the bottle of dressing. The cap is

either plastic, nonbiodegradable, or more likely, metal, meaning it came

from a strip mine somewhere. Ever seen a strip mine? Environmental and

ecological disaster sites.

The machinery that ran the mine also came from a strip mine. The fuel for

this machinery is just that many more Valdez's waiting to happen, or, more

in reality, that many more Bin Laden's. (I believe that this entire event

is just a smokescreen for us to move in and take control of their oil. I

think Bin Laden is a scapegoat, actually having had nothing to do with the

event, like Oswald in '63). The label is just another tree coming down,

just another rainforest being denuded. The heavy metal dyes used to print

the label; more strip mines, only these are actually poisonous and will

remain so for 50,000 years after the mines become valueless. Then there is

the issue of dead animals being used to glue the label to the bottle. And

there is more.

The Contents: Vinegar is acetic acid, actually labeled as POISON in a

chemistry lab. Sugar: need I comment? Free Oil: Do you think they are

using high quality here, Kelli? Dribs and drabs of left over irritants and

stimulants, herbs and spices. Do you really want to know the level of

rodent, insect, and fecal contamination that is considered 'legally

acceptable' in these products? I am sure you studied public health in

nursing school, as I did in med school. If not, believe me, the level of

acceptable contaminants is totally gross. And there is more.............:)
