Still have some capital to raise before I'll open doors, and the opening is set for April. I've been learning from those who have done/are doing raw restaurants. Many, many teachers out there. Would love to see you and tell you much more about SR! I've been under the weather for the past couple days with something akin to a cold- and need to heal up in time for Equinox camping.
