Debra Daniels-Zeller, a frequent instructor for the PCC FoodWorks classes, will prepare 2 salads ideal to take to a potluck whether or not it is a veggie potluck. (Recipes will be provided.) A longtime nutrition-oriented cooking instructor and writer, she enjoys introducing others to whole grains, organic foods and delicious, healthy recipes with a unique, humorous approach. Debra has written for Veggie Life, the PCC Sound Consumer, Delicious Magazine and Vegetarian Journal. All EarthSave Seattle vegetarian potlucks are free and open to members and their guests. You may bring your own plate, cup, and utensils. In consideration of people with food allergies or dietary restrictions, please label ALL ingredients. (No flesh foods, please.)
