Guest guest
RawSeattle-ites, This was forwarded from Laura Shelton, regarding a study on B12 levels for rawfooders and vegans. Contact Robert Jay Rowen, MD at the below address, if interested. Jeff Dear Friend, I have a great interest in B12 and raw fooders. My wife is a near vegan (only small amounts of dairy) and has a very low B12 level, made much worse by high homocysteine, a marker for vascular disease and premature aging. I would like to evaluate this problem for all rawfooders and vegans. I or my wife, Terri Su MD, will be happy to write a prescription for you to get the following tests: B12, homocycteine and MMA. We will ask that you provide us with the basics of your diet. In otherwords, we want to know it you are a high quality vegetarian or junk food vegetarian. We will get you the results and make a short recommendation to you, all at no charge. You, however, will have to pick up the lab costs. Believe me, that will be well worth it since this can be a monumental detriment to good health.. Sincerely, Robert Jay Rowen, MD Email: <compmedcompmed
