Ask them! It couldn't hurt. They could only say yes or no. If they truly

want to learn about this food preference, how could they say no? they want

the exposure.

 

Karen, Why not hold a benefit at their place for your new raw restaurant? I

suppose that would be tacky. However, if we could look upon each other as

partners in a larger scheme of things, rather than rivals, a shift in

thinking could occur. It could happen! :-)

It was great, Karen! BTW. Your " restaurant night " was even tastier than

Cafe A's food AND I didn't feel ill afterwards. I mixed up everything at

both venues--different reactions. I think we need to REALLY push for these

folks to participate in events and potlucks to get a true " flavor " of what

they are getting into. Education is key. They could tutor under one of us

willing raw chefs once a week, say, in their own kitchen. (With a health

card, of course.) One-on-one works best!
