Dearest Lynda,

 

A hearty Mazel Tov to you on this superb plateau you've achieved in your career! I would love to attend your grand opening & will do so provided one condition doesn't interfere. My sister is pregnant in NY for the 1st time & there's clearly no way to predict when she'll go into labor. My mother told me the expected delivery is between April 10-13. My parents will call me at the spur of the moment for me to grab my bag & go 5 hours to catch her before she gives birth. They expect to stay for 2-3 days when this occurs. Of course the feast you'll prepare will be immensely superior to anything I'll eat during that time, other than the fresh fruits I'll bring with me, knowing that Westchester County & Irvington in particular is essentially a hicktown for raw vegans (not a decent source of organic produce either). Can I make a tentative reservation for your grand opening on April 15? If all else fails, I'll plan to patronize your gourmet cuisine at a later date. Please let me know how this works for you, although you're very busy.

Thank You for your support . We have been traveling down this road for quite some time now. I remember your supporting me in the beginning.

I certainly wish your sister a healthily and happy baby. Naturally I hope the baby will come after the 15 th. However we have no control over that event. It will be a Blessing what ever day the baby arrives . Whenever you come down your welcome. And I promise to put on a large spread for you . Let me know if you can how many people will be in your party. I need to have enough food
