Guest guest
He has a very demanding physical job and says he needs more to eat in the morning than fruit, smoothies and raw oatmeal. I've tryed everything i can think of so can anyone please help me. He's a real sweet guy to try and eat raw but by 10:00 am he's dizzy and so hungry, by this time he eats his lunch and they when lunch time comes he's out of food. Also can anyone think of things i could also send with him to his job so that he won't get hungry before noon. His lunch time is only 30 minutes long and he gets tired of chewing he says. Please help us if you can. Thanks Shirley

Guest guest
I usually work out for about an hour to an hour in a half in the morning and then I'm sanding floors all day... The green and red superfoods in some water about 30oz works for a few hours w/out me getting hungry, and my energy is great... I also make a green juice, about 40 - 50 oz, w/some dark and light green veggie, a coiple of apples juiced, and the water of one or two coconuts... I usually add some green and red powder to this also... This holds me til about 2pm, and then I'll have a green smoothie (like the Butenko"s mention).... In the eve if I'm hungry I'll have a big salad w/ lettuce and a lot of fruits in it... Is your husband hypoglycemic? <pnparlette To: RE: My husband is having trouble with Breakfast.Thu, 1 Mar 2007 22:35:40 -0500 Shirley, How much is he eating of fruit and smoothies and oatmeal? Guest guest
Perhaps try adding Raw Power (Hemp, Maca, Goji, etc.) and also MACA plain to a superfood smoothie. Also, add VCO (virgin coconut oil) to his smoothies for more energy. Bee pollen is also good in morning unless you avoid bee products. Pure protein! My favorite smoothie is young coconut, (liquid and pulp) two handfuls of fresh organic spinach, liquified in Vitamix, then adding a huge heaping spoonful of raw cacao powder, ice, stevia or dark agave, and organic mint oil (which masks the spinach). The ice is for a milkshake consistency. Super blend on high until very smooth. You end up with a raw chocolate mint smoothie that gave you the equivalent of a huge spinach salad ... and much tastier! Feeds the heart, soul, psychology, clears the higher mind centers, gives energy and puts a giant smile on your face!!!! Cacao-powered and Higher Powered! If you want more punch, add a bit of blue green algae and spirulina---just a tad---to give more minerals and energy. These are VERY high in protein and give a lot of energy.
