If you live in and/or are visiting the DC Metropolitan area, kg yoga invites you to give yourself or a loved one a gift that will open your hearts and help you practice compassion ... YOGA - Your Opportunity to Graciously Accept yourself... kg yoga classes offer students an opportunity to experience breathing exercises, meditation, mantra chanting, chakra tuning, reiki healing touch, and kind and gentle yoga postures that address their individual bodies and health concerns. kg yoga classes for one or two persons may take place in kg yoga’s studio in dowtown DC or in a client’s home or business (provided the location is Metro subway accessible). Office yoga classes may take place in a client’s home or business (provided the location is Metro subway accessible). Classes are offered by appointment only. The fees are as follows: 1) 75 minutes sessions per person - $50 2) 75 minute office yoga class for groups - $10 per person Class packages are available for one-on-one sessions. The fees are: 1) 4 classes - $175 2) 6 classes - $250 3) 10 classes - $425 Independent artists, musicians, writers, and photographers, and nonprofit organizations that promote love, spirituality, healing, health, peace, abundance, and creativity OR work to improve the lives of women of color and/or serve people of color living with cancer and HIV/AIDS receive a 10% discount.
