Blessings All!Breathe new life into your new year with kg yoga's office yoga class at Trade Secrets on Saturday, February 10 from 9:30am to 10:30 am. The class fee is $10. The first person to arrive will receive a special gift. Trade Secrets is located at 1515 U Street, NW, Washington, DC. The theme of the class is opening your heart through the practice of compassion. Participants will have an opportunity to learn and experience breathing exercises, reiki healing touch, meditation, chakra tuning through mantra chanting, and yoga chair and standing poses. No yoga mat is needed. Participants should dress comfortably and refrain from drinking liquids and eating food two hours before class. Ananda Leeke, founder of kg yoga will teach the class.
