You know, giving advice is sometimes like raising your kids, you tell them no and they'll do the opposite. As my father always told me, "the best lessons learned in life are the ones you learn the hard way." While I've had my experience with colonics, I've also learned that what may or may not work for me may not prove to be the same for you. I was in the middle of a series of colonics (already paid for, mind you) when I came across the book " Electrical Nutrition by: Denie and Shelley Hiestand." What I learned made more sense than anything and needless to say, based upon my opinion after reading the book, I couldn't get my money back and had to finish the series. I've never had another colonic. This book is really excellent. It will set your mind free of quite a few other issues too. Whatever you decide Rain, do with a clear mind and because it was your decision. I have had several colonics and I have never liked them and normally I trust my intuition, so I know there are reasons I don't like the process. But what is the alternative?
