Thank you, most of us in this group all know about "notmilk" however, I offered the article for the unconscious ones who are in our families. I know with my own family I meet them with tiny steps of information. However, I do know that some people who claim to be raw or Vegan drink goat's milk. Each to his own, that's not for me.

What did you think about the discourse on depression and constipation?

By the way, weaning does not stop long before age five in all cultures.

The only "dairy" that is for human babies is human mother's milk. And the enzyme production substantially ceases as weaning occurs, long before age 5.

I'd like to respond to that with the added comment that physically speaking ALL humans are lactose intolerant after about the age of 5. What I mean is, our body stops making the enzyme to break down dairy after we are naturally supposed to be weaned. Obviously our bodies can still make some, and some groups are better at it than others for what ever physiological reason, but it is NOT what we are designed to do. Just like all other mammals in nature, we do not need dairy once we are weaned. Dairy is for babies and once all their teeth and digestive systems are developed it is unnecessary. So if you've "GOT MILK?", I say "get rid of it!"
