kg yoga 2007 Highlights 1) Breathe new life into your new year with kg yoga's office yoga class at Trade Secrets on Saturday January 13 and February 10 from 9:30am to 10:30 am. The class fee is $10. The first person to arrive will receive a special gift. Trade Secrets is located at 1515 U Street, NW, Washington, DC. 2) Monthly kg yoga class themes include: January - Start the new year with mindfulness by practicing simplicity. February - Open your heart through the practice of compassion. March - Create

clarity and order in daily life through the practice of concentration. April - Give yourself the gift of gratitude. 3) kg yoga's Andinkra OM apparel will be available for sale on CafePress.com in late Winter. 4) kg yoga's C-OM-Munity Circles of Healing Light and Love at Malcolm X/Meridian Hill Park will honor the following: April - Sexual Assault Awareness Month May - National Women's Health Week (May 14-20) June - National Men's Health

Week (June 12 - 18) July and August - Series will not be held. September - National Alcohol and Drug Addiction Recovery Month October - Breast Cancer Awareness Month November - American
