Located in upstate NY, Ithaca, Everything Wellness, Rawfoods Market, is seeking a General Manager, to oversee daily operations. Ithaca is known for its beautiful views, clean air, great hiking, Cornell University, etc., and is approximately 5 1/2 hours from NYC, 4 hours from Philadelphia, 5 hours from Boston, 5 hours from Cleveland, Ohio, 6 hours from DC. Everything Wellness is the first Rawfoods restaurant/market in this area of Upstate NY. Person in the position of General Manager must have familiarity with Rawfoods and primary philosophies of major rawfoods teachers, willing to advocate a generalist approach (able to highlight the benefits of many of the rawfoods philosophies, as opposed to only advocating one approach) at least 60% raw, vegan in other food intake on a daily basis for a two year period, ability to educate customers about a dairy-free, meat-free lifestyle. Preferably person has weathered the challenges of maintaining a vegan/raw vegan lifestyle, and has bounced back into healthy eating.Person must have at least one year work experience in a supervisory position, either in the food service industry a healthfood store, or other related work environment. Appreciating, sensitive to, and promoting cultural/gender diversity is a must, person will not typically prepare rawfood meals unless the store is shortstaffed, but assures that all market operations are running smoothly, assures that Health and Safety measures established by the New York Department of Agriculture and the Market are being followed, that all necessary forms/daily/weekly reports for store operations are completed on a daily basis, coordinates volunteers, and works closely with store owner to establish and implement store policies, activities, etc. If you are not a "paperwork" oriented person, this position is not for you, but there will be other upcoming positions. The General Manager position hours starts at 10 hours a week, $11.00 per hour, with the expansion of hours and income as the store can. A commuting situation is possible, as the store is open 3 days a week at this time. Once store is expanded to operating six days per week, person would need to be in Ithaca on a fulltime basis. Head Colds and Body Stiffness

If you've been feeling like you have a head cold, or even a full body sinus ache, with stiffness and pressure, you are most likely participating in yet another purging or transmutation process.

December brought in some “old” energy, and as lightworkers usually do, many are transmuting this denser energy through themselves in order for it to be released.

Our spiritual evolutionary process involves integrating and embodying much more of the feminine energies. With the holidays at hand, much of the feminine is at the forefrontÂ…with nurturing, support (giving), and unity energy. In this regard, the old masculine energy is becoming blatantly evident, creating a very low tolerance for it. I am not referring to men and women here, but simply the old masculine energy verses the new feminine energy.

Because we are now vibrating much higher than we have in past holiday seasons, this clash of old masculine energies with new feminine energies is magnified more than usual. When we have resistance, it creates allergy symptoms. When we are vibrating higher than our surrounding energies, this can create a natural and even subconscious resistance. Thus, sinus pressure, chest congestion, body aches, and stiffness. These symptoms also occur when we are releasing or transmuting denser energies through ourselves.

With the added stresses that the holidays can bring, there is a lot of extra energy flying around out there. If you are one who is unusually sensitive, and most of us are, it can be easy to feel these flying energies. And even if you are not experiencing any extra stress or pressure in your life, being sensitive will allow you to feel stressed or pressured just from outside energies that are not even your own!

The holidays can bring in “boxes” and rituals that we are no longer in alignment with. In the higher realms, most everything has to do with synchronicity, a natural flow, and no time constraints or “have to's.” Because of this, there is again a clash with some of the “old” holiday traditions. If you are one who loves the holidays, you will most likely be in alignment then, with some of their energies and feel better than most. For some, you may feel pressured and some of the pleasures may no longer be present. Attitudes and perceptions have a great influence with alignments.

We are now vibrating higher than we were before, so in this regard, experiencing the once a year holidays forces us to “go back” to the lower realms of prior 3D creations and some of them simply no longer fit. This, on top of the clash of the old masculine energies with the integration of the feminine energies, can cause pressure within us…physically and emotionally.

The Future Energies

So what is coming up energetically on the horizon after the holidays are over? The month of MARCH is going to be huge. MARCH, MARCH, MARCH. Huge. Although March is several months away, we have been preparing for a month or two now, and will continue to be preparing until it arrives. Much energy will arrive in March. It will be a time of another big surge of light. March will be magical. It will contain an avalanche of light energy that will fill our souls and bring us substantial amounts of anything and everything.

The solstices bring in depthÂ…going deep and purging, releasing, and transmuting what denser energies are still remaining. This process prepares us for the equinoxes, which usually bring in the forward movement that is ready after the purging is complete for a particular stage. And then there are times where the addition of certain planetary alignments to this scenario greatly magnifies the energies as they support us in arriving where we are planning to go as well.

So then, this detoxing, purging, releasing, and transmuting we are currently experiencing is simply preparing us for more light to enter our reality and certainly ourselves. These stages of ascension are necessary, as we would not want to be creating from an old 3D reality based perception of things, or from our ego or dis-connect selves. Releasing the denser energies allows us to create from a much more connected stance, thereby allowing us to create a much higher vibrating reality. We would not want to be creating and receiving so much when these surges of light arrive, until we are primed and ready! Otherwise we might end up creating something that is much more undesirable when these high vibrating energies arrive.

The connections and unusual supports we have been experiencing will continue to arrive. We are not necessarily receiving large amounts of abundance right now in the form of money, but are continuing to receive the supports and manifestations that are necessary for the implementations and creations of our storefronts. In this way, when this energy surge arrives in March, we will all be good and ready for much abundance to arrive through these gates of our storefronts.

January will bring in much more forward moving energy. It will have a magical feel and things will feel light, airy, and as though much is falling in our laps. As in past years, there will most likely be an in depth energy alert posted at the beginning of January that will address the year of 2007 as a whole, so I won't say much more about January just yet.
