Raw Inspiration - 10 Thoughts

1) Denying yourself must never be felt as denying, but always as

embracing. Every choice is like a warm hug on your journey. Embrace

health and enjoy the party!

 

2) Do not consider " bad foods " as things you cannot eat. You can

have ANYthing you want, ANYtime you want. You are totally free to

choose as you please. It does not boil down to a choice between

Cupcakes or Collard Greens. It's more than this. There are endless

possiblities. Would you choose a slow death if it tased good enough?

All of us are under the same exact pressure to choose. We are

potentially sick, or potentially healthy. It is state of mind. Give

yourself time to adjust to using your free will to choose health

always.

 

3) Choose the best and leave the rest. Why waste all that food?

Other poor countries don't have anything! It's so wasteful! We live

in a culture that bombards us with choices. Just be happy that you

know what works for you. Leave the rest and choose the best. Eat

only what you need. Walk away from excess. Walk away from trans

fats, processed foods, flour based foods, refined products, and sugary

temptations. Get them out of your space once and for all so you can

focus on better things.

 

4) Eliminate uncertainty and create new possibility. The body can be

a clean and efficient machine. The operating system can be debugged.

Viruses can be destroyed. Healthy and aware eating can transform you

because " you " are bio-chemical process. You have a battery, voltage,

fuel, mechanisms, cells, energy, feelings, thoughts, beliefs,

patterns, and desires. You are constantly changing and becoming.

Take advantage and make a difference so you feel better.

 

5) You are the owner of your body. Choose health and prosperity everyday!

 

6) Let others guess about your reasons for eating healthy. As far as

they know you are just eating a lot more salad or veggies than you

normally do. They really don't need to know you are doing raw vegan

foods. And you don't have to tell your life story to friends or

explain things to them. No need to convince anyone of anything. Your

reasons are yours alone.

 

7) Think how many leaves will fill your branches when you give

yourself the nutrients you deserve. Think of all the fruit that will

drop effortlessly as you grow and mature!

 

8) Consciously decide to move toward health in any way you can

because it feels good.

 

9) Give yourself a moment to feel grateful for anything or anyone everyday.

 

10) You truly know what works best for you. It's never too late and

it's never a bad time to start honoring your inner wisdom.

I like you comments on denying. After all, it comes down to perspective. If I'm embracing over stimulated taste and emotional comfort, then I'll go for the junk foods, if I want to embrace health, emotional clarity, and simple delicious, then I'll be eating raw foods.
