Guest guest
Hello, Please excuse this e-mail if you do not like petitions. I completely understand. But this is an important issue concerning the current food revolution. Please read on if you are interested. The cloning of animals is the last straw in our government's inhumane treatment of animals putting the world family at further risk for unknown potentially life altering side effects. Please read and consider signing the following petition. http://www.democracyinaction.org/dia/organizationsORG/Citizens/campaign.jsp? campaign_KEY=5938 We each have a voice. There is no reason to have any cloned animals. The focus must be shifted to treating the animals we DO have in a humane way, rather than looking for another quick fix. The first quick fix was petroleum based chemicals for produce. Then it was hormone injections for livestock. Then it was genetically modified corn, soy and potato. Now it's cloning animals for human consumption. They are also discussing food irradiation to introduce MORE toxins into the already toxic mainstream of food. The immune system and the body need natural earth-made food. Man-made and man-altered food is ALWAYS problematic. As a world family we are already suffering from many side-effects from years of consuming refined sugar, refined flour, chemical pesticides, and low quality dairy and meat. We have high levels of obesity, heart disease, and diabetes. Nobody chose this!! Our Standard American Diet was imposed by the government as the mainstream diet back in the 40's & 50's, and encouraged by countless advertisements. Capitalism and the mighty dollar have created our current situation. Look at a fast food restaurant next time you are in a big city. How can it be that Wendy's has such a prime real estate location. It takes up so much space! It is only a burger joint! I cannot believe a burger joint is taking up this massive lot in a high rent area. They thrive because they sell a lie. It's a big loud sign that we must switch gears to a more sustainable, organic, earth based life. Take care of yourself, Michael
