Adam Kandel and I collaborated yesterday, making an amazing blend of all ORGANIC and local carrot, white and purple cabbage, ginger, garlic, cauliflower, radish style beet, onion, bok choy, dulse (seaweed), a hint of jalapeno and dash of Celtic Sea Salt. This mix will be available for purchase during the Dec.3rd Potluck at my house in BALTIMORE, MD. Bring a plastic container or glass jar with a lid and we'll fill it up for ya! The product is totally raw and fermented kraut made in a hand crafted German Crock specifically designed for this purpose. It is also spicy and delicious, and blends well with any meal. The mixture must ferment for the next two weeks and then it will be ready by Dec.3.
