I'm feeling dizzy, thinking about pears. I intend to purify my body and be all live as I enjoyed my body when I maintained a live food diet for almost two years. Because i find myself in school yet again, along with work and taking care of my athlete 14 almost 15 year old son, who is traveling alot now for soccer, I always find myself making raw tahini dressing and kale. I am occasionally juicing, i have recently succumed to gluten which brought my weight back up to 10-14 pounds more than i need it to be. Since the fast, I"ve dropped 4 pounds, but I still need to drop 8-10 more pounds to feel yummy about me again. Anyway, any suggestions about fast scrumptious, filling dishes please let me know, I do make nut sauces now and then and Elaine your cashew mayo, processed in a vitamix is AWESOME! i have no vitamix at this time so my food processor and green star juicer will have to do.
