The dreaded holidays are coming up and the last thing we need to do in over indulge in all the traditional favorites to start back over on New Years running around Druid Park Lake. This season's challenge will be the biggest yet. We have a slew of professionals to help you along the way, to keep you on track. Alot of people spend thousands of dollars to go away to those wonderful holistic health retreats. Well, they are definately fabulous, but they are expensive and who has the time for that anyway. I have joined and will be training with a running club starting Dec. 31 and I want to learn how to integrate my schedule, as a freelance sign language interpreter-which can be inconsistent or I end up in locations that I do not have access to refrigerators,etc. and becoming a raw runner (5K then 10K then 1/M and M)...My personal demonstration, to myself, is to lose 40 by my 40th birthday, June 2007, and strenthen/tone my muscles, and improve (get back to exercising) my cardio endurance and flexibility...My family members are not interested in the raw route, thus, I am looking for group support.
