Guest guest
Here is a raw vegan ice cream that is my favorite: get cheap young coconut from Asian markets & cut up, freeze, and then blend it. It tastes better than vanilla soft serve, and the young coconuts have very soft meat that is easy to blend. They serve this at a few Thai restaurants around here, but it's really easy to make yourself. --- Traci Thomas <eventsetcetera wrote: > Hi Linda, > > Is there a name for this?
