Guest guest
Here is one of the most awesome recipes I have created for a salad. It has abundant life force, tastes delicious, is refreshing, and rich with flavor. It absolutely BURSTS with chi life energy!! The greens hold up even with the dressing on it for a few days in the fridge. Chop the following into small pieces: 1-2 leaves mustard green 2-3 leaves kale (any variety) a few leaves of romaine or green leaf lettuce small bunch of arugula a few sprigs of fresh dill a small amount of fresh cilantro *any other green works here too as long as they are chopped and mix in equal parts with the rest of the greens. The idea is to create a mix of flavors and textures. (include some of the stem & spine of each green for added crunch!) chop a leaf or two of celery lengthwise into long thin bite sized pieces. (long thin carrot slices are optional) chop some asparagus into bite sized pieces. chop 1 jalapeno pepper into tiny pieces, but big enough to get with a fork. (remove seeds if you do not want it too spicy) add chopped avocado (medium firm, not too soft) ****add avocado per each serving if you reserve the mix in the fridge. add a handful of grape tomatoes grate fresh garlic over the mix. (about a teaspoon) grate fresh ginger over the mix. (about a half teaspoon) drizzle flax oil or organic raw olive oil. (enough to just coat the top layer) drizzle nama shoyu. (not too much!) drizzle lime juice. (a bit less than the oil) drizzle a little agave. (just a little!) mix. Remember, a little goes a long way when using the oil, lime, agave and fermented soy. Use a small amount, then mix and taste. Add more of what you want to taste. The greens taste amazing on their own. The dressing just makes them even more enticing!!!
