Hi Lee,

 

I read all the FFL books and that's how I started about 2 years ago with all the fruit I wanted in the morning. Then it got to about 2 in the afternoon and I was still eating fruit. Just eat melons first if your going to do fruit .. they go through faster. You'll find your elimination is regulated.

 

Then I did salads in the afternoon and now I am all raw for about 4 months now. Lost 25 pounds. Didn't loose too much doing just fruit in the morning but felt way better and was on the right track.
