Guest guest
Great suggestions! I got a pretty flat stomach doing little exercise while I was at Ann Wigmore in Puerto Rico because my intestines and colon were not bogged down and my digestive tract became very efficient on the blended foods. I was about 175 when I went there and got down to 160 which was a little too light., but then returned to 165. I think regular low impact exercise and sun therapy, meaning just sitting with your face in the sun, as well as deep breathing is also very important. eat for your insides and your outsides will shape up soon enough. be very aware of your sugar intake which means all sweet foods and starchy vegetables which turn quickly to glucose in the system. If it is weight loss you are after, simply follow a diabetic regime. Cutting down on sugary foods, starchy vegetables, and the like is one of the most efficient ways to bring the body back into balance and get into a leaner mindset. After you have reconstituted the cells, then add moderate amounts of sweet fruit and starchy veggies like carrot beat or potato and always include walking or movement in your daily activities. Take the stairs consciously slowly and deliberately. Breathe deeply and slowly from time to time. Let everything go on your slow exhale. Focus on your core while doing daily activities. Focus on the strength in your legs and abs holding you up and creating good posture in all you do. Breathe into any stress and let go of tension whenever it creaps into your life. Allow moments of total rest and relaxation during your day. Cut out caffiene as it increases the feeling of tension in the body. Love yourself every moment and let go of the past and the illusions keeping you stuck! AIR AND ENERGY ARE FREE. EAT ORGANIC GREENS WHENEVER POSSIBLE.
