Guest guest
Unfortunately I am blessed with poor teeth from childhood neglect altho I take excellent care of them and I am sure my diet helps. Anyway, have to have a procedure called crown lengthening done, an unpleasant procedure to expose more tooth so that new crown has better base. This time having it done on a tooth each side of mouth which will leave me with no side to chew on for a week or two. Unfortunately I never got a vitamix so don't have that to use. I do have my greenlife juicer (which I use daily). I have a good blender but I don't think its going to do green smoothies. Any ideas of soft food that I can eat that will be healing and nutritious? I am also extremely anxious about this procedure but in order to save my teeth I know i must have it. Thanks for any help anne brit
