I am saddened to inform you of James' unexpected passing on Sunday, September 24, 2006. He was a wonderful person who was loved and respected by many. Following is the information concerning James' funeral: Saturday, September 30, 2006 Time: 12:00-1:00pm - Wake 1:00- 2:00pm - Funeral Place: Horton's Funeral Home 600 Kennedy St., NW Washington, DC Burial and repast to follow.
