Guest guest
Why do they call it the Federal Food and Drug Administration??? Because the so called food in the mainstream of this culture is a drug. It is full of preservatives, pesticides, genetic modifications, petroleum products, soul-less machine processing, love-less ingredients, environmentally unsound methods, inhumane treatment, enslaved white sugar, enriched white flour, harmful substances, and addictive qualities. Awareness is abundant. The food revolution is a process of quiet choice making on the individual level, and interaction on a community level. Activism too often uses force which causes an equal and opposite reaction in the world. Simply being aware and acting on that knowledge changes things. Simply feeling compassion helps another. Being an alive presence in the world transcends any doubt and overcomes any obstacle. Love is infinite and there is abundance for all. One day, 90 percent of the food in a supermarket will be fresh and healthy instead of the current 90 percent of packaged garbage we see down every aisle. We have already come a long way. Just go to a supermarket in Puerto Rico for instance and you will see what it was like about ten years ago. Aggressive advertising for refined products and mass produced meat is everywhere there, without one mention of a healthy alternative and very little available produce. One day the infrastructure will accomodate those in need by connecting them with places producing overabundance. One day globalization will not be based on profit, but on taking care of each other and following the cycles of nature. One day animals will finally be appreciated and understood as the great teachers they have always been. Change is happening, but just like a true lifestyle transformation, by the time change comes we won't even notice until we step back into our old clothes and see how spacious they have become. No need to be perfect. Just make the best choices you can. Do the best you can. Have a gentle smile inside knowing you are helping others in the process too!
